Bistro 525 is an eclectic Capitol Hill restaurant that specializes in seasonally-driven, Mid-Atlantic dining led by renowned Chef Mario Raymond. A Chesapeake native, Chef Raymond specializes in fresh American cooking (with a few nods to his Italian roots), using products that are grown, farmed and harvested right here in the DMV.
Our neighborhood eatery is proud to work with local farms and purveyors to source our restaurant ingredients as well as feature beers from local breweries on tap.
Whether it is the classic Crab Cake, the fresh fish of the day, or our seasonal Mediterranean-style soups, dining at the Bistro 525 showcases the authentic flavors of the Mid-Atlantic, with each dish telling a unique story. 

Bistro 525 serves breakfast and lunch as well as providing our hotels guests with in-room dining services and a to-go menu.  

In addition to the delectable menu items at Bistro 525, we invite you to stop by the Federal City Lounge for a diverse selection of starters, dinner, and specialty cocktails along with a curated selection of beer and wine. Our menus change seasonally.
